BCBA Career Growth

BCBA

Kyo employs a diverse group of highly skilled BCBAs who are versed in delivering effective, child-centric ABA therapy programs. Our BCBAs conduct assessments, provide ongoing clinical supervision, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams such as school districts. They also provide mentorship to behavior therapists and BCBA trainees.

Clinical Director

Kyo Clinical Directors are BCBAs who have at least five years of experience using the principles and methodology of ABA to teach children with autism, and at least three years of supervisory experience. Kyo’s Clinical Directors provide mentorship to those in BCBA roles and act as the Responsible Supervisor for BTs that are enrolled in BACB coursework.

Regional Director

Our Regional Directors are part of Kyo’s clinical management team, each managing their own geographical region. They are highly skilled BCBAs with a desire to bring high-quality ABA therapy to families within their communities. All regional directors participate in Kyo’s Autism Leadership Academy before launching their own region.

Scientific Advisory Board

Kyo has partnered with top researchers in the autism field to enhance our delivery of exceptional patient outcomes. Our Scientific Advisory Board guides Kyo’s first-of-its-kind initiative to drive meaningful and objectively measurable outcomes for children with autism.

Mentorship Program

Kyo’s ground breaking mentorship program provides each employee with a mentor that they meet with regularly. BCBAs are paired with a Clinical Director who is able to collaborate with them on clinical cases and provide guidance. Our BCBAs serve as mentors for our behavior therapists, attending monthly trainings and providing clinical supervision to BCBA trainees.
