Career Connect: Exploring a Career as a Behavior Technician
Looking for a career where compassion and purpose come together?
This webinar provides an in-depth overview of the Behavior Technician (BT) role at Kyo and the foundational impact BTs have in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how BTs implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs, collect and analyze session data, and build skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs in collaboration with clinical supervisors.
The session will also outline Kyo’s supervision model, training structure, and professional development pathways, including advancement opportunities for those pursuing long-term careers in behavioral health.
This event is open to students of all majors and backgrounds who are interested in gaining hands-on clinical experience and learning more about career pathways within ABA. Kyo currently provides services across CA, OR, UT, AZ, TX, FL, WA, CO, GA, SC, and TN.
No prior ABA experience required. If you’re passionate about helping others and interested in a career with purpose and growth, we’d love to meet you.
