BCBAs at Kyo lead clinical work and practice ABA with real clinical autonomy. Treatment plans are designed using the assessments and evidence-based approaches that best support each individual client—without rigid playbooks or one-size-fits-all models.
Our BCBAs collaborate within a national community of clinicians and receive weekly 1:1 clinical mentorship, along with access to monthly CEUs at no cost. Flexible scheduling options, including telehealth and in-person services, support sustainable caseloads and work styles.

Behavior Therapists (BTs) help children develop communication and social skills during recreational activities, reinforcing the child’s progress and modeling techniques for caregivers.
