Diversity & Inclusion at Kyo

Kyo’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is made up of both clinical and administrative employees. The committee’s mandate is to pursue diversity among our staff and clients and cultivate an inclusionary environment where differences are valued, and all employees are comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work. This presentation will introduce the committee, past initiatives, some demographic data at Kyo, and how the committee functions within the organization.
