SUMMARY:Scaling Supervision: Using AI Personas to Train and Evaluate Clinical Skills [CEU Webinar]
DESCRIPTION:High-quality supervision requires time\, consistency\, and exposure to a range of scenarios—resources that are often limited. \nThis webinar explores how AI-generated personas can supplement supervision by creating structured practice opportunities. Learn how to design simulations for supervisees\, target specific competencies\, and incorporate AI-based role play into your supervision model without added cost. \nAbout the presenter: Anna Linnehan\, Ph.D.\, BCBA-D\, LABA (MA)\, is an Assistant Professor of Behavioral Science at Endicott College. She specializes in constructional and nonlinear contingency analyses of complex behavior and emotions\, with a focus on assent-based practice. Her work integrates instructional design and AI-supported training to improve practitioner decision-making and communication. Dr. Linnehan has published and presented widely\, co-authored Decisions and Judgments in Ambiguous Situations: A Conceptual Introduction to Signal Detection Theory\, and served as an editor and contributing author on Perspectives on Neurodiversity and Belonging: Reflections for Behavior Analysts. She also contributes to professional service through editorial work and advisory roles in behavior analysis. \nCEU Information: BCBAs who attend the full duration of the event will receive an email within one week with a course evaluation survey and their CEU certificate for 1 CEU (LRN).
